Ok, after hours of reading I still have issues. My flash drive seems to be compatable with gameshark when gameshark wants it to be. I get the "merge" screen one out of 10 times pluging the drive in. If I go directly to the gamesaves area then I can access the usb drive every time. Now, I downloaded the cheat file for Gran Turismo 3. I transfer it to the memory card. I restet the system, and Wha la, it's not there!!!! I've also read that your site was hacked. This file for Gran Turismo is only 3k in size. I'm sure the problem is the file isn't complete. I this going to be fixed any time soon? I just bought this gameshark and can't even use it. If I needed a $20 piece of crap I would have kept my ex wife around.

Gameshark version, the latest(you'd also think that if everyone wants to know what version of gameshark you have, they would make it clear on the disk. Instead of saying "does yours look like this picture?"

If the file size is small then you'll have to wait till the "PS2 Hackers and Web masters" fix the problem. You may also try downloading it via different web browser. We at the forum do not know when that will happen. All I can tell you is to try "Later".

As for what version thing, well let's just say that WE at the forum have Zero Control over what MadCatz decides what to make it look like. This is why we ask what we ask because that is the only way for us to ask!

As for the "merge" issue, make sure that you have tons of "Free space" on your PS2 memory card! Something like 2500 KB or more is needed!

i had kinda same problem with spiderman 3. i found that the file being downloaded was a psm format while when i manualy entered it it was a ps2 format. plus codes did not work. ha.
