If said product is made by MadCatz Inc. then ALL codes require that you enter a Master code. A master code would be listed at "[M] Must be on" in the Gameshark code pages (this master code is also known as a Key Code). And since NO codes are seen at the Game Shark Code pages then I assume that NO support product is Made!

The reason why I KNOW THAT YOUR PRODUCT is NOT made by MadCatz Inc. is because of what it is called! InterAct products was named something like GameShark Pro! If said product is made by MadCatz Inc. then a printing (in words that is) would be on the product!

Just because it has the Game Shark Logo doesn't mean that it was made by MadCatz Inc.

Edited: If your really unsure who made said product then please provide a photo! Also telling us what system it is for (like Game Cube or DS or whatever) will help!

And yes that is correct, we only offer support for MadCatz Inc. products here!

Hi Ive been on wikipedia. The picture on there is excactly the same as mine. with the following info.....

Currently, the GameShark name is owned by Mad Catz, and the devices only exist to back-up and restore game saves. While under Interact's ownership, the device modified memory and in some cases allowed the user to search for codes like infinite health and ammo, cars and all characters.

Please im desperate
Its a very old system that hes playing Im just not seeing anything.. if i could see something or do something it may help..

Picture - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GameShark

It is for a N64

I am trying to get a picture to you now of the one i have in front of me.

Since this was the case, the older GameSharks that Interact supported were gone. The original specs, software, hardware and technical data was purportedly taken down along with the company, although some have speculated that it could have been sold off to another company. Either way, MadCatz has never offered support for those older Gamesharks because, simply put, there is no one here who knows how they work.

Sorry but that is how it is! You will have to try google search or other forums. We do not offer support here for it!

After doing some background check I noticed that MadCatz Inc. did make a Game Shark, but it is a Game Save manger ONLY! No codes are used.

With that I here by lock this thread, if you make another thread I shall have no choice and take action (warning via official way). So please seek your answers else where.

PS: I will give you this last bone: I suggest you try gamefaqs.com
