Any other codes turned on when using the job code? Though the problem is very minimal, the code line could cause a gaming error that requires you to start over. That's why there's always a risk when using cheat codes and is always a good idea to have multiple saves to make sure nothing like that screws you up.

If anyone else has a problem like that then here's an idea that would at least fix the problem (If it doesn't then don't blame me, i didn't submit the code). While playing with the code on, be sure to save and turn code off before switching so the problem doesn't occur. Just a thought.

I happened to still have the US Version of this game. Please list all codes you used before this happened. Also would help me to know how far into the game you were at the time. Please note that I have fully tested most the code found on the GBA Archives.

Did you Save your game after you enabled the "Have all Jobs" code? Did you make sure to disable the GS Switch (the only switch on the MadCatz Game Shark SP)? Did you manually enter the codes or used the correct USB cable to transfer the codes via online database?

Always remember this rule: When cheating via cheat device always NEVER save unless you know exactly that is how you want things. Effects only keep if you save it. Some effects only happen while the switch is on while others keep once the switch is enabled when you turn the switch off!

boy, i can't remember when I last used my gs for my gba. In the end I still can't remember where I put it. If the Gameshark has a enabling switch on it, then the best thing to do if you want to stop it would be to disable the codes before saving.

ALL MadCatz Game Shark SP products has said switch. If it does not then the product is not supported here. I know that InterAct came out with a Game Shark (which is also not support here). Even then that product has a "Enabling switch". And as far as I know MadCatz only made 3 models (and I happen to still have all of them and are fully working). Since all the models are about the same (except for the list of codes that are preloaded and the newer ones are less likely to get fried) then all the codes can be used in all the different models, I know this for a fact since I have tested it!

So until the user answers all my questions I am unable to trouble shoot said problem to help fix it. Well almost, the user can always restart a new game. But then that doesn't really solve why the error happened.
