I got a problem with my gameshark when i insert Pokemon Diamond into the Gameshark DS it says:

"Altough a card is inserted, a backup could not be dete...
Please refer to the manual for more information"

i have no manual i cant find the online manual (btw dunno how to use internet downloads got problems with the product key or something)

and download the update via the provided download link. That update was released to address pokemon D/P gamesave issues.

I'll make an PDF format unofficial manual once I have sufficient time for either those who do not have one, or have lost theirs, I need to use my old computer to use the program however.

Speaking on the subject of the lost product key there is one way you can obtain the save without using the application to download the file. You'll just have to manually move the save file into the gameshark's program directory on your computer... I'll provided details on doing so once I have the FAQ ready...

hey same thing happened to me. i just purchased a gameshark for my ds and it said the exact same thing. i tried downloading the update thing, but it hasnt worked. maybe cuz i have winRAR? i dont know. if you could help me get that backup thing for pokemon then id be really happy. thanks
