Ever wanted to do more than 99999 damage in one hit in FFX?
Well NOW YOU CAN!
English version only.
I made this code a while back... numerous months ago. I found it on my GS still. Figured I'd share. Tested.
101C1338 0000xxxx
101C1340 0000yyyy
201C134C 00000000
101C1354 0000xxxx
101C135C 0000yyyy
xxxxyyyy = damage limit
So if you wanted the damage limit to be 9,999,999 for example (you won't do this much damage. This is the LIMIT, not damage you'll do with each hit), then the code will become:
101C1338 00000098
101C1340 0000967F
201C134C 00000000
101C1354 00000098
101C135C 0000967F
Encrypted version (no encryption requests please):
14909C2E 167445D8
1400973E 9F7C4D4A
24909728 16744578
14909F2E 167445E8
1400973E 9F7C4DFA
I personally loved seeing my characters do over 100k damage per hit, lol... and over 1 million in overdrives.
WARNING: Don't set the limit too high, improper results like HP *recovered* instead can occur. 9,999,999 is good enough.
Edit: Corrected some stuff
Teh editz #2:
This really shines on characters with max stats. With lower stats, rather, to the point that you can't do 99999 dmg anyway, this code'll be of little use.

By English version, do you mean the code won't work on the American version?

By English version, do you mean the code won't work on the American version? I believe that he means it won't work on the Japanese version... if he'd meant the British version he probably would have specified the International Version.

So will that code work on the American version of Gameshark V1.2? Also, if you have any other codes that will work for V1.2 and are for FFX, please post those as well. Thanks!

This is probably one of the codes out there that works with multiple master codes. Since Gameshark also accepts codes in "raw" format, this may have been done in that format so the master code wouldn't be specific to any single version of gameshark. But, that's just my opinion going off of the fact that both gamesharks for ps2 i own had this code work just fine with the premade mastercode.
