RSS Server connection error. Failed to poll to the server for feed data, RSS feed operation terminating Error Code: 2

Hi,

That error is usually caused by a router or firewall that is blocking the RSS feed. You will need to allow the firewall or router to accept that feed to enable it to work.

You can find the feeds URL by going in to the media manager and going to EDIT and then RSS URL.

I am having the same problem only mine is error code:8 i tried going into windows firewall settings and there is no option to exclude certain url's only ip addresses and port numbers, the same for my wireless router, is there a fix for this or is it a "Just tinker with it until you figure it out on your own" type of thing?

EDIT: what is the RSS feed URL "supposed" to be anyway? maybe it just needs to be edited.

EDIT2: Also when i try to register the product it tells me that the program was not installed properly, and to reinstall it. but i've installed it according to how it's supposed to be installed, i've tried installing the program and the patches in different ways and only installing one patch at a time and trying to get it to work, the program just will not work no matter what i try.

<rant>don't you guys have a complete and working piece of software out there? or are you just continuing to put broken software on the shelf? I think im going to return this piece of crap and order an a.c.t.i.o.n r.e.p.l.a.y Max...</rant>
