Have you made sure that you put in a card in the reader?
I also suggest you call Tech Support on this one since I too could never got it to work correctly!

also, just to be sure, could you possibly post the exact error message?

Whenever I start the program I get 2 error messages, one that says "Invalid USB Handle" and another that says "RSS Server connection error. Failed to poll to the server for feed data, RSS feed operation terminating Error Code:8". This happens both when the device is connected and when it is not. The "Invalid USB Handle" keeps popping up every 3 seconds or so when the program is opened. I've tried reinstalling the program, and restarting my computer several times, I double checked my log in data, and it's right. I've been trying things for hours, and am ready to jsut return the device, there aren't very many codes for the DS games I have, most of my games aren't listed at all.

2 things.
1. The DS device is a saves device, I don't believe there's a cheating device.
It this what you mean?
2. What version of Windows are you using?

I think that since the Gameshark doesnt haven the Gamesaves right in it I guess it has 2 download the saves from Gameshark.com every time it booots p unless you download every gamesave cuz it says something about a error connection terminated error code:2 or somethin like that

Once again, in order to help, I would need the exact error message.
And there is no such version of windows as Windows XP2000, it's either Windows XP or Windows 2000, which one is it?
As for you cameeu, was there anything noticibly different about the configuration of the two computers, such as software, windows versions, etc?
