Hello all Im new to The whole gamesave thing... I need to know what the difference between the codes and the gamesaves?

and if i upload them to my game will it start me from the begining or will it zap me halfway through the game?

A gamesave is a save point that someone has made. That can be anywhere in the game. You may not know where you'll end up untill you load it and play the game.

A Cheat code is a hack that the alters the gamesave to give you something while you play your game like always run fast or moon jump. A cheat device is needed. Sorry but MadCatz GameShark never made a cheat device for the cube!

How to save games varies from game to game. where you end up is sometimes set and sometimes not. In GBA zelda games, you save at the start menu. you load at the last building or dungeon you ended up at. On spyro GBA games (at least the one i have), it saves automatically and you end up in the area youquit in. on all pokemon games, you save at the start menu and load exactly where you were standing at the last save. (i like that save). OnGamecube zelda games, you save by pressing B in start menu and load in the dungeon your in, or at the start point. in majora's mask, saving is different. You go back in time with the ocorina (it saves) or talk to an activated owl statue. I forget the lead. In all zelda games, yoiu can save at death. In Kart games, it auto saves. same with top gun. in four swords adventures (gamecube) you save after completing any level. In super mario sunshine, you save each time you get any shine or die. runescape saves as soon as you log out. I know nothing on how to use cheats.
