Will MadCatz Repair My Tritton AXPro?

Will MadCatz/Tritton repair the little tiny prongs that connect to the amp box? They are like butter and came off without me knowing since it was too hard of Tritton to put an arrow showing which way to insert the plug. I'm very frustrated as I just got these for Christmas. Thanks in advance.
