Ok I enter the Shiny Pokemon code on Sapphire (GameBoy Advanced) and yeah they are the shiny version but they're ALL FEMALE. Can you tell me the gender mod code or something to get the MALE Pokemon? Yes it does matter to me. You can't breed two females is an example of why. Another reason is there are Pokemon that can only be males as there are no females for that type is another example. Please help me out??

I'd like to apologize for you having to wait this long for a response. Since nobody's addressed the issue yet I'll offer you an explanation should you return later to check on it.
To answer your question, this is a known bug of the shiny wild pokemon codes. I don't know of the details of why it occurs but the codes will ONLY produce female pokemon and as far as I was made aware when they were made this was unavoidable. This is simply one of those code quirks which isn't exactly the fault of the user
