Simple answer is NO. There is no code that will let "Change your trainers ID number" to any number you choose. There is a Code that will let you have all zeros.
Like I keep telling people NOT all pokemon will obey you when you use the shiny code to catch them. There is a way to do it but it will involve may hours of game play!
Here is how to do it for Pokemon Emerald!
Step1: Play your game until you are able to get to mew's island!
Step 2:
Enter the following codes and save it:
[M] Must Be On 928817F0298A BBC1B6B105C4 B84FBA534945 Shiny Wild PKMN 1130CB63CD01 3004FB634D27 118263F709DD 56FC0D142272 D9A856E44D4C Max IV Points (see Note FTC1 for more info) B4A2AF09D927 Note FTC1: this is optional. Only use it if you want to!
Remember you will need to make a new game entry and it does not matter what you give it for a name as long as the letters/numbers are 100% correct!
Step 3: Play your game with step 2 codes enabled ONLY. Enter game save and GO TO Mew's island. Battle it and catch it.
Step 4: Done!
SPECIAL NOTES: This process also applies to any Pokemon that will not obey you! That is correct YOU MUST ENCOUNTER IT!
Side NOTE:
You can also try the following but it's not a 100% guarantee that Mew Will OBEY you!
Step 1: Enable the following codes:
[M] Must Be On 928817F0298A BBC1B6B105C4 B84FBA534945 Shiny Wild PKMN 1130CB63CD01 3004FB634D27 118263F709DD 56FC0D142272 D9A856E44D4C Max IV Points (see Note FTC1 for more info) B4A2AF09D927 Mew DD0D3C44691D Note FTC1: this is optional. Only use it if you want to!
Step 2: With codes from step 1 checked and saved you can now enable them. Enter your game and go into ANY wild pokemon battle. I suggest walking in the tall grass! Once you enter the battle make sure that it is Mew that shows up. If not turn off your unit (DO NOT SAVE) and RECHECK the codes for errors. If it is mew then you know what to do. Hopefully it obeys you, but remember I said it's not 100%!
Step 3: Done
FINAL NOTES: If your looking for a code that is not found on the Official Game Shark code pages then you are out of luck because it does not exisit and it will never be made because Omen who use to be the Official GBA Hacker left the team awhile ago (I think over a year now) so no new codes will ever be made! Game Shark has zero plans on hiring any new GBA Hackers since the days of cheats via cheat device are over with as stated in this link. All that is left is game save mangers!

Gee that is far away

Hi, Felix. I remember you by your cat avatar.
I registered at this forum some years ago, stoped of posting and my account was blocked. I only wanted to say something:
You don't know how sad is to hear that new... for the ones who ever waited for the codes to live the complete experience of going up to the secret islands (obtaining the tickets, activating the tickets, getting up to the boat, making the voyage...). Several years after I bought my GBA SP and my GS SP, I still have that thorn stuck in my mind. xD
Not even for the experts here, is possible to make a sort of «conversion» from another functional codes for the same purpose existing on the Internet, in the ones with the twelve digits that this GameShark SP can only use?
PS: Oh... and my opinion. I think GameShark should consider, like a sample of gratitude with the clients, to employ hacker services, for at least!, one last, short and specific work: finish the job with Pokémon games in GBA and close the cycle. Is the fair with the gamers we bought the last device developed for that console, hoping to achieve these in-game specific actions (the more searched), isn't?
