Hi guys, I ordered my Gameshark media manager for PSP via amazon.com and it was the last copy in stock. I need to access the Internet Downloads section.

The problem is, my box never came with a product key card!

It did not appear that the box was tampered with and i am certain that the card wasn't simply misplaced.

I cannot afford to buy another key. I have literally torn apart the box to make sure that there was not something that i missed.

It came with the USB charger cable and the v1.2 disk, yet no card.

I have tried emailing support and i have not received a response. I really want to be using this today.

I even tried emailing Madcatz support and also did not receive a response.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Before you guys say anything, i checked the manual thoroughly. Didn't help one bit :p.

I would check the entire contents. Look for a sticker! Sometimes it is pasted on a cd case or sleeve.

As i said, i checked EVERYTHING very carefully, including the packaging it came in. I have never had a problem with GS products before this.

I haven't used my PSP manager in some time but you may be able to simply download the saves from the main site and then move the file to the program files folder for the application on your PC. I know for certain that this can be done with the GS sp sharkport and with the Nintendo DS saves manager. It should be under C:/program files/fire international and navigate to the PSP saves manager folder --> find the saves folder, and copy the downloaded file to it. Hopefully that should work for you in the absence of a key code...

Here is the problem with that. I don't want Gamesaves. I have searched for Star Ocean: The Second Evolution gamesaves and none are to my liking. I want to be able to use the actual gameshark codes myself. Leveling every single time gets annoying after a while. I have finished the game 6 times legit on all difficulties.

The cheats i want are:
Max/Infinite SP
Max Fol
and something along the lines of Quick Level Gain.

I can't simply input those myself with Gamesaves now can i? I need to be able to input the Gameshark codes. I'm sorry to sound moody, but when you purchase something NEW you expect that it works right away.

The PSP GameShark is not a cheat device! It is only a game save manager! That means that it does not allow a user to input codes since there is NO WHERE to input the codes to!

When the item was shipped to you was is like this one (including the packaging):

The reason why you did not get a response can be because they are not open right now (Good Friday can be considered a holiday). It's best if you try calling them during the hours that they are open!

It's generally the same with the hybrid applications which handle both saves and codes (where applicable). As Felix said though, there's no official code device out for the PSP, it handles game saves.

No that is not what we are saying! What we are saying is that the PSP is not a cheat device. It is still a Game Shark product tho! And no you did not waste $20.00 since you can use it to help manage your PSP files, including Videos and music. I have this product (well it's the older version) and I use it all the time to help me manage my files that I want to use (like videos and music)! It also helps me make PSP game save files to share with other members, as well as backup my files!
