Sorry but I bleieve PS Gameshark will not work on you PS2 as they are totally different cheating devices and game engine architecture are totally different. If you enter a PS1 Gameshark into the Playstation 2 the program will boot up. When you go to actually activate codes and insert the PS1 disc, the Playstation 2 will eject your PS1 disc. Some people mgiht have reported certain versions of the Gameshark working with some games on the Playstation 2 however, this is yet to be officially verified. You will be taking the risk upon yourself as Mad Catz and the Gameshark family make no promise of backwards compatibility.

You may also need to know that MadCatz does not support InterAct Products.

Also We NO longer support PS1 product (Madcatz discontinued PS1 product in 2004)
and Madcatz GameShark version 5 for PSOne is discontinued product

Also We do NOT support old InterAct GameShark here as stated in gameboysp1's post
